KOSHER ORGANICS EXECUTIVE RABBINICAL COUNCIL
All Kosher Organics certification policies are governed by a highly experienced Executive Rabbinical Council, a network of trusted kosher administrators, coordinators, and field inspectors, with the highest kosher certification standards and level of integrity, that reviews and decides all questions of kosher law that may arise, and expedites the certification process.

Rabbi Nissim Elnecavé oversees the management and kosher certification operations of each production facility, and examines all the reports from the Rabbinic Coordinators and Inspectors, to assure that each organic and natural product complies with the strictest kosher certification standards, and qualifies and continues to qualify, for certification with the trademarked Kosher Organics symbol.
Rabbi Nissim Elnecave is committed to the success of the companies with the Kosher Organics certification, and ensures the companies have the resources they need to meet the strictest kosher certification standards for their organic or natural products.

Executive Rabbinic Coordinator
Rabbi Mendel Bergovoy serves as our esteemed Executive Rabbinic Coordinator, where he is pivotal in upholding the halachic integrity of our Kosher Organics certification.
His deep understanding of Jewish law earns him respect both within our agency and in wider rabbinic communities. His leadership is key to aligning our mission with the most rigorous global standards in kosher certification. and ensures that companies specializing in organic and natural products attain new heights of both ethical and commercial excellence.
Rabbinic Coordinators and Inspectors
Each certified company is visited regularly and carefully monitored by regional Rabbinical Coordinators and Inspectors. These representatives conduct frequent visits to the manufacturing facilities to examine the ingredients, and review the manufacturing process of each company’s products with the Council. These inspections assure the products meet our strict kosher certification standards, and the organic and natural requirements for our certification.
